- Smallest of the seven subspecies of the plains zebra 

-known for their hierarchical group structures

- Migratory animals known for participating in Africa's great migration. 

- Zebra stripes are unique per individual just like human finger prints.

-Top speed= 40 mph

-stripes are used as a form of camouflage in tall grass or thick  trees as well are thought to help prevent excessive fly biting

-they have black skin making zebras black with white stipes ( you can tell by muzzle color and hair color right above the hooves)
